Charles C. (Buddy) Smith, Jr.
Charles Smith, Jr. is the Chairman of Delta Advisory Group, Inc., a Federally Registered Investment Advisory Firm.
During his 40-year business career he has been a principal party in the formation, capitalization and operational aspects of an extensive number of business enterprises. These entrepreneurial ventures have spanned a wide range of sectors including banking, retail, multifamily residential development, commercial retail development, marina services and radio station syndication. In this process he has organized and served as a managing partner in real estate projects with capitalization in excess of $400 million and as a managing principal of market equities in excess of $150 million.
Mr. Smith is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina in Columbia where he served as an intern in the Office of Dean of Student Affairs and a Page in the South Carolina State Senate. Post graduation he engaged in studies of philosophy and apologetics at L’Abri Fellowship in Huemoz, Switzerland under the leadership of Dr. Francis A. Schaeffer.

Sean D. Casterline CFA, C(k)P
Partner/Senior Portfolio Manager
Sean D. Casterline is the President and Senior Portfolio Manager for Delta Advisory Group, Inc., an Investment Advisory firm located in Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Casterline began his career with Delta First Financial as an asset manager. During his time at Delta, he progressed thru the company to eventually land as the Senior Portfolio Manager with the firm. In 1998, he left for an opportunity to work with Wealth Management Financial Group as their Senior Portfolio Manager. While there, Mr. Casterline managed client assets totaling over $185 million and co-hosted a syndicated financial radio show called “Talking About your Investments”. The show was broadcast in 85 cities nationwide for four hours a day and was heard in such cities as New York, San Francisco and Dallas.
Mr. Casterline has also been published in several trade magazines/websites and in April 2010 had his book Investors Passport to Hedge Fund Profits hit the bookshelves. Mr. Casterline earned both his Bachelors Degree in Finance and Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He also has the distinction of being a CFA Charter holder and was an Arbitrator for the NASD. He has held many securities licenses including, Series 7 – General Securities Rep, Series 63 – State Securities, Series 65 – National RIA, Series 4 – Options Principal and a Series 24 – General Securities Principal as well as Life, Health and Variable Annuity License. Mr. Casterline is also an active member in the University of Florida Alumni Association and has also served as a Director for the CFA-Orlando Society. He has been involved with other charitable organizations such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Gainesville and Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Casterline met his wife Amy in 1992 and the couple has been married for nineteen years. After graduating from the University of Florida, Mrs. Casterline spent eight years as a field sales representative – most recently as a District Sales Manager in the legal publishing industry. In 2001 Mrs. Casterline chose to give up her career when the couple decided to become full time foster parents. They were licensed through the Children’s Home Society in 2002 and are now proud parents of their two adopted sons, Jonathan who is fifteen years old and his younger brother Beau who is fourteen.

Donald C. Nestor is the Senior Financial Planner for Delta Advisory Group, Inc. With over 30 years of experience as a professional in the financial services industry, Don is certified as a public accountant (CPA) and financial planner (CFP®) and is a graduate of West Virginia University.
Specializing in retirement planning and asset management, he was the co-host of the financial radio talk show “Money Matters” and has also appeared as a frequent guest on CBS and NBC television affiliates.
Having served with distinction in the United States Army, Don is a proud military veteran. He currently serves as chief sponsor of the Orlando Support Group for the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America , which is a national volunteer health agency dedicated to fighting the neuromuscular disorder. Mr. Nestor & his wife Peg, a registered nurse, have five children and nine grandchildren.
Roy F. Miranda is the Senior Plan Consultant for Delta Advisory Group, Inc. specializing in the fiduciary aspects of the corporate retirement plan marketplace. As a plan consultant, Roy’s main thrust is to coordinate programs designed to guide Plan Sponsors and Fiduciaries through plan development and design, investment management selection, employee education, legislative changes, and ongoing plan administration and monitoring. Roy walks plan clients through a six step process; identifying goals, objectives and their shortfalls if any; writing and applying an Investment Policy Statement; documenting fiduciary compliance; selecting providers and monitoring their expenses; developing an effective employee education program and managing your plan for success.
Roy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University as well as his Master of Arts in Health Services Management from Webster University. Additionally, he has earned the Professional Plan Consultant designation, the Registered Financial Planner designation, and has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 6, Series 7, Series 65 examinations.
Since 2009 Roy has been an affiliate member of the Central Florida Medical Group Management Association, member of the Central Florida Health Underwriters Association, board member of the Seminole County Reagan Clubs and church member of the Metro Church of Winter Springs.
Alex is a financial advisor with Delta Advisory Group, Inc. Alex's prior experience includes advising assets totaling over $45 million. He has managed accounts for a variety of individuals and businesses across the United States. Prior to joining the Delta Advisory Group, Inc. team, Alex managed an Edward Jones Investments office located in the Dr. Phillips suburb of Orlando. Alex has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Series 66 and Series 7 exams, and is additionally licensed to transact insurance business in the state of Florida. Alex is a graduate of Stetson University, located in DeLand, Florida.

Chris E. Truesdell
Chris E. Truesdell is a registered representative for Delta Advisory Group, Inc. and has more than 12 years of industry experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree – Finance - from Ohio State University and has passed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 examinations. Prior to joining Delta Advisory Group, Inc., he held a regional position for one of the largest 401(k) record-keepers in the country.
Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in the analysis, design, implementation and monitoring of ERISA-based retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), Defined Benefit and more. He has worked with corporate retirement plans throughout the country and assists clients with fiduciary compliance, plan design, plan benchmarking, vendor searches, plan transitions, vendor management, investment reviews and ongoing plan administration. Chris also has expertise in the areas of fiduciary risk mitigation, technical retirement plan knowledge, participant education strategies, investment committee meeting facilitation, problem resolution and plan operational support.
Chris lives in Central Florida with his wife Lori, and his three children Carter (11), Chase (8), and Harper (4).

A native of Louisville, Kentucky and a longtime resident of Central Florida John received his undergrad and master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. John is a nationally known real estate instructor who has spoken on moneymaking trends to more than 250,000 people nationwide. He spends substantial time studying and writing about trends in the investment markets and has been quoted as an expert on emerging trends in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, and numerous Florida publications.
Lisa Ianacone is both the receptionist and administrative assistant for the Delta Advisory Group, Inc. She applies her customer service and administrative skills and oversees the day-to-day activities at the firm. She is the first friendly face the first friendly voice that you will encounter when calling or coming to Delta. She enjoys the variety associated with the administrative assistant position and particularly enjoys greeting clients and using her organizational skills daily in her administrative support. She has brought administrative and office skills to Delta for ten years. Lisa and her husband, Gary, are long time residences of the Orlando area. They have two grown sons and both enjoy antique shopping and cooking. Lisa also enjoys reading, gardening and playing with her two dogs Winston and Brinkley.
